Retro Tropical Palms 04

Love the bright colors and the cute tropical design. I ordered it in translucent and it looks great by itself or over one of the beautiful Color Change Toppers. I plan to also order it in solid to wear alone sometimes. Really pretty. You will be glad that you added it to your stash.
