Refunds & Exchanges

Because all of our products are made-to-order, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.

If products received are defective, or missing items, we will try our best to clear any issues. Some shaping may be required due to packaging from shipping. If magnets become detached, we will send you a replacement. If any returns or exchanges are excepted, it will be at the discretion of the seller and shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

If you are located within the US, your order was processed through USPS with insurance. If you received tracking and your order has yet to arrive or was delivered damaged, please file a claim with the USPS through their website. All of your information is provided on the shipping label. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
